Sample Intro-

Many times during my life I don’t spend enough thought remembering how amazing I can be.  All of us are busy, trying to fix mistakes, and trying to solve problems on a daily basis, and I’m no different.  During all of this, I sometimes forget to remember the positive things about myself.  I get upset at myself for the mistakes I make, and I get down on myself because I am not perfect, but that’s not okay.  I need to remember that I am kind, hopeful, and frenetic.

Sample Conc-

It’s good for all of us to take time to remember that we are amazing since we don’t often set time for that in our daily lives.  This is true for me too, and when I’ve forgotten to be responsible, I often make myself feel bad for it.  That’s okay, but I need to also remember how great I am.  I know that I am 1,2,3.
